I have received several requests for clarification on the $25 discount for multiple teams entered so let me give it a try here.

If you enter 2 teams all on the same check the 1st team pays $395 and the other pays $370.

If you enter 3 teams all on the same check the 1st team pays $395 and the other two pay $370 each.

If you enter 4 teams all on the same check the 1st team pays $395 and the other three pay $370 each......

I have gotten plenty of verbal entries, I will start putting them up as I receive their forms. Right now I have only received two forms with payment (beside our 5 teams)so I was holding off. Didn't want to put someone up then have to pull them down when I didn't receive their forms the day of the deadline. Seems like bait-n-switch to me when that happens.

We have set our deadline pretty late, so I imagine we'll start getting more forms after the first of the year. If you want to know about a certain age group I would be happy to PM you the verbals I have received.

After a very nice meeting with Warren Jones lastnight it was determined that this tournament needs to be reclassified as an Eastern National Qualifier. For those teams that expressed interest in playing up in this tourney, please note that there are implications for Nationals by playing up in a qualifier.

We apologize if this throws a wrench in anyones plans, but it is imperative that we follow the rules as established by ASA.
